Steven Seagal (who is best known as a star of Under Siege and Flight of Fury movies) former personal assistant claims he sexually abused her and used as a “sex toy”. The 23-year-old former model Kayden Nguyen claims she was assaulted three times before fleeing his home in New Orleans. According to these allegations, Steven Seagal also kept two Russian attendants who were available to him at all times.
Kayden Nguyen $1m legal action accuses Seagal of sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation about employment. Seagal’s attorney statement says that Kayden Nguyen alleged claims is “nothing more than a preemptive strike by a disgruntled ex-employee.” Kayden Nguyen was fired for using illegal drugs according to Steven Seagal representative.
Kayden Nguyen responded to Craigslist ad to be the star’s executive assistant and was asked for a massage on her first day. Seagal used her as a “sex toy” and subjected her to a “vicious sexual assault,” she alleges in court documents. Nguyen claims that Seagal sexually assaulted her total of three times, and prevented her from leaving the house. She was eventually able to escape days later by cab, the lawsuit says. When she ran out to it, Seagal was allegedly only a few feet behind her, “shining a flashlight with a gun attached to it.”
She was so much “in fear for her personal safety that she left behind everything that she owned, including her car keys, her laptop, her clothes and hundreds of dollars worth of make-up.” The lawsuit adds that employees of Seagal’s production company refused to return her property because she would not sign a release promising not to sue for the sexual assaults.
As support for the claims, the lawsuit states that Seagal has a “unique physiological reaction to sexual arousal,” which could be corroborated by the other “attendants”.
